Education Leaders is run by Shane Leaning, an organisational coach based in Shanghai and co-author of *Change Starts Here* (Routledge, 2025). It serves school leaders in more than thirty countries through three connected products: - **The Academy** — the Leadership Intensive, a 14-week live cohort programme. 11 sessions, 25 places per cohort, 10 leadership "levers" anchored in over 100 peer-reviewed studies. Cohort 2 opens 15 September 2026. Taught online on Tuesdays. The Academy also offers self-study certificate courses, including the Certificate in EAL Teaching for International Schools. - **The Circles** — a private subscription community for Academy alumni.
