The role

Look after the people who are already coming to us.

Education Leaders is looking for a Community & Enrolment Lead to fill cohorts for the Education Leaders Intensive: a practical, research-backed leadership development programme for international school leaders.

This is not a cold-outreach role, and you won’t be building a pipeline from scratch. Every participant we have ever enrolled came through channels that already work: a podcast in the global top 5%, a weekly newsletter, published books, an active LinkedIn presence and lead magnets people actually download. The enquiries arrive. Your job is to make sure the people arriving get a proper, timely, human response and a clear path into the programme, and to keep the wider community warm between cohorts.

What you’ll do

Own enrolment, start to finish.

What we’re looking for

Someone who finishes things.

Someone who knows the international schools sector, can hold a confident, professional conversation with a Head or a Deputy Head, works autonomously, and enjoys building relationships. You might be a former school leader, an EdTech professional or an education consultant who wants quality part-time work that fits around your life.

Above all, we’re looking for someone who finishes things. The hardest part of this job isn’t the conversation. It’s making sure the conversation gets followed up. When you contact a Head of School, they should think ‘colleague’, not ‘salesperson’. That’s the kind of person we’re after.

Essential

  • Understanding of the international schools sector and how leaders make professional-development decisions
  • Comfortable talking with Heads, Principals, Deputy Heads and Curriculum Leaders
  • Demonstrable follow-through
  • Excellent written communication: warm, clear and human
  • Able to work autonomously across a 12-hour week
  • Comfortable with CRM and email tools, or quick to learn them
  • UK-based with the right to work in the UK

Desirable

  • A background in school leadership, coaching, professional learning or consultancy
  • Direct experience working in, or selling to, international schools
  • An existing network within international education
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Circle, and email tools such as Kit
Why this works

The product sells, and we’re honest about the numbers.

Our first cohort enrolled 18 participants. You’re not cold-calling from zero: every single person who has ever joined the Intensive found us through our own channels, a top-5% podcast, a weekly newsletter, published books, an active LinkedIn presence and lead magnets that people actually download. The enquiries arrive. What they need is someone to look after them properly.

We’re upfront about what success looks like: the minimum is 12 participants per cohort, 24 a year. That isn’t a stretch goal. It’s the baseline the business needs to function, and we’d rather tell you now than after you’ve started.
