The thing I think matters most about the Intensive is that it isn’t about adding more theory to your already busy week. It’s about giving you space to practise the things that actually make a difference when you’re leading people.

Across the 18-week programme, you’ll work through 10 research-backed leadership levers, putting each one into practice in your own real-world context.
No essays. No grades.
Instead, you’ll work through real leadership situations, practical activities and a sixty-second daily reflection, building your own Personal Leadership Playbook as you go.
Everything is grounded in solid research, but stripped of academic jargon. The aim is simple: leadership development that actually changes how you lead.
We carefully select participants to create the right learning community, and I speak with every applicant before a place is confirmed.
